Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Roothouse Inventory. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these terms.

About the service

Roothouse Inventory provides business inventory, purchasing, sales, stock movement, processing, reporting, user-management, and related operational tools. Features and limits may depend on the selected plan.

Account eligibility and registration

You must provide accurate account and company information and have authority to act for the company you register. You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for activity performed through your account.

You must notify us promptly at support@roothouseinventory.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Subscriptions and payments

Plan prices, subscription periods, and included limits are displayed before checkout. Unless clearly stated otherwise during checkout, subscriptions are paid in advance, do not renew automatically, and expire at the end of the purchased access period.

Payments are processed through Flutterwave's hosted checkout. Roothouse Inventory does not store full card numbers, CVV codes, PINs, or one-time passwords. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity.
• Attempt to access another company or user's data without authorization.
• Probe, bypass, disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with security or service operation.
• Upload malicious code or use automated activity that unreasonably burdens the service.
• Resell, copy, or commercially exploit the service without written permission.

Your business data

You retain responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and appropriate use of data entered into your account. You grant Roothouse Inventory permission to host, process, back up, and transmit that data only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and support the service.

Service availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, internet failures, third-party services, security events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect access. We may update features where reasonably necessary for security, performance, legal compliance, or product improvement.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access where payment has expired, these terms are materially violated, the service is used unlawfully, or action is reasonably required to protect users, data, or systems. You may stop using the service at any time. Subscription payments remain subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Intellectual property

Roothouse Inventory, its software, interface, branding, and original content remain the property of their respective owner or licensors. These terms provide a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during an active subscription.

Disclaimer and limitation

Roothouse Inventory is a business-management tool and does not replace professional accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the service.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith before pursuing available legal remedies.

Changes and contact
