We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect legal rights or safety, to investigate fraud or abuse, or as part of a business restructuring subject to appropriate safeguards.
Company administrators and users
Your company's account owner or authorized administrators may create users, assign permissions, access company records, review activity, and manage information within the company account. Users should direct internal access questions to their company administrator.
Cookies and sessions
Roothouse Inventory uses essential session technologies to keep users logged in, protect accounts, remember necessary preferences, and operate secure workflows. Disabling essential cookies may prevent login or other service functions from working correctly.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information, including account authentication, permission controls, session protection, activity logging, secure payment-provider integration, and HTTPS on the live service. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law and verification, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your account. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, payment, or legitimate business purposes.
